ha ha 8000? really?

0-0 att 5461

No way will the crowd be that low.

Easily over 7500. Rochdale will bring about 300-400 maybe.

3-1 to the Town.

After what I've heard/read about our last couple of performances, I am a bit more confident about today.
We will win 3-1, Benyon will score and theirs will be an own goal off Manks.

Today starts an amazing turn around for stfc. We will not be beaten for the rest of the season now but will sadly just fall short of the play offs.

2-1 to the town with Flint and benyon scoring for us.

Oh, and I'm getting red wined up to the max today so expect some utter bullshit from me later when we lose

Can see a Town win today, feeling confident, no idea why.

3.0 Town, the play off push begins.......

Rochdale will bring about 300-400 maybe.

I will be surprised if they bring more than 100 in all honesty, they are one of the worst away supported teams in the football league, under Beamish in the old 4th division for a Saturday game in 1984 they brought 4 fans, not the worst though, that was Hartlepoo who bright 2 fans for an early KO on a Sunday 31st March 1985.

Can't see us having the balls to win. Rochdale are hard to beat. If they're anyway physical we'll lose. Hope i'm wrong. If AOB can carry on his recent form it would be good. Should be fun with the wind flying around - not as bad as yesterday but strong enough.

From what I remember of the away leg their keeper was a bit flappy, hopefully with a bit of service from the wings we can knock a couple in.

An interesting quote from a Rochdale forum....

Quote
Benyon made Stanton look a complete dick on our away day in Torquay last season, with his clever runs and high energy. I trust Holness to sort him out this time though. A good kick up the arse in the first few minutes should do the trick!

gonna stick with my original thought for this game 3-0 town but i'm concerned this windy weather may turn it into a scrappy game att:7,947 Benyon(2) & Ritchie to score - COME ON YOU REDS !....... Going for a pint now

Hopefully it'll mean we get the ball on the deck and pass it around. Accurate long passes ain't going to happen though.

Fail to win this and it'll be a very daunting week and a half ahead.

A lot of people on here seem to be missing the fact that Rochdale are 10th in the league and have had 6 away wins this season, and, are known for mixing it a bit and some of our lads dont like a physical game.

And unbeaten in 7 games, all of January and February (3 draws and 4 wins).
