Seems the weekend may be down for international friendlies.

I think that weekend is being used for the play off matches for the 2006 FIFA World Cup.  Just a hunch.

Could be, hopefully it will only be a friendly for England though - not that you care Jan. Wink

I thought they tried desperately to avoid having an evening kick-off for local derbies so fans can’t spend the whole day getting smashed.

Should be a very interesting game, City can't stand 'judas' Thorpe as he left them or Cureton 'cos he's ex rovers.

There's going to be abuse flying about all over the place - this could be one of the best atmospheres in years.

If it is a week day game there will be a smaller gate than normal.

This is going to be the greatest Swindon/City derby ever!

They have two ex-Swindon players, and we have two ex-City and a former gashead!  Could be interesting!!!!!!

Plus we might actually win a game on Sky!!!!

Fighting against relegation, fuck that!

And you're forgeting City are managed by Brian Tinnion and their squad is arguably weaker than the one they started last year with, (lost Miller, Doherty and only made a couple of signings, not sorted out thier real problems).
