Can't believe it's taken me 40 years to experience XTC. Got a few of their albums and they're brilliant.
Oranges and Lemons & English Settlement faves at the moment.

Listen to 'The Everyday Story of Smalltown' for a beautiful paean to Swindon and 'The Meeting Place' for a lovely depiction of railway town romance with a nostalgic appearance of the old works hooter. Majestic.
