I'd have thought Burnley pay some serious $....after all they did fall out of the Prem, with a 48 mill parachute payment. I daresay their offer to Howe made the 300-400K pa of the likes of Palace and Soton look a bit puny. I'd imagine Howe will be able to buy a nice little place in Sandbanks if he wants. |

The Charlton fans seem absolutely delighted, would be the equivalent of us appointing Shaun Taylor as they love him. He's always come across as a really top bloke as well, so I hope he does well. |
