Well after managing to stream the last 15 minutes of it at work and then having to argue with some fat bint behind the bar across the road I managed to catch all the goals that mattered tonight. Fantastic performance from the lads. Commitment, discipline and endeavour across the park and a thoroughly deserved victory. Can't wait for my local fixture on Saturday now!

Only negatives for me were Prutton, who I thought was utter shite for the whole game and who I hope Wilson drops in place of Dougie, and the switch of Ritchie to the right when JP came on just didn't work. Ritchie was immense up until that point and hardly saw him after that.

Other than that I can't stop smiling!!!

Prutton shit?... Hmmm...lost me there.

Despite the general gloom that Town fans have had lately, we've always known that we're capable of performances like that; it's just that they've been so inconsistent.  Contrast the great performance against Huddersfield and the 2nd half vs Rovers with the displays vs Leyton O and Charlton at home.
This doesn't necessarily turn around the season but needs to be used as a real booster to confidence that will see more like today and less like Saturday.

He played his part in a very good team performance, therefore I don't think criticism on today's showing alone is fair!

Even Pericard has had good games Dave.

That should pretty much sum it up for you.

Great performances all over the pitch... Ferry, Morrison, Caddis, Timlin especially. We played actual football on the whole and the result is no more than we deserved. But AOB was still poor/missing/lacking in quality.

So... when was the last time we came behind to win?   Cheesy

That'll stave off the King Out brigade for a while...  Only 6 pts behind Charlton, all we need is a bit of a run and the season would be transformed.  Austin seems to want to stay, certainly for the meantime.  We have the quality in the squad, it just takes the right shuffle.  It shows Wilson's got a hard job picking his first XI - too many on here were quick to criticise when it would seem he got his selection spot on!

Fuck me, this thread might get to the same length as the Bournemouth thread...

We can go as high as 10th if results go our way on Saturday.

A very good performance, just hope we can push on.

Notice that Charlton have an FA Cup tie against Spurs at the weekend, one eye on that perhaps? However lets not detract from what was a great performance. Surely if they played like that every week the players would enjoy it so much more, so lets hope Danny doesn't tinker too much with the next starting line up

Great win, great performance. Let's not get too carried away just yet though, hey.

So far this season a  Suicide performance usually follows games like today's

I won't get carried away. I also won't let a fine performance pass me by.
