Can someone tell me who the bookies are at the County Ground  & if possible how to claim winnings

Had a winning bet placed yesterday, (STFC winning at half time & draw at 90 mins) but no one was around to pay out. We were directed to the legends lounge but no body turned up.

I'm a bit annoyed about this as we live outside Swindon, & normally sit in the DRS, where the bookie no longer operates.

My mate had a similar problem the other week.

The guy does his rounds of the members/sponsors lounge after the game. My mate was pointed to the Legends Lounge too, but they couldn't wait for him any longer.

I think my mate ended up collecting from reception. If you phone the club I'm sure they can sort something out.

Anything over even money is a killing in the betting world...the first priority should be not to lose your stake
