here's the deal...had phone about 3 months HTC legend, in contract with vodafone no insurance and the mrs goes and drives over it...you couldn't make it up honestly...no home/contents insurance either...yes I know!

any ideas how I can blag getting a replacement??i have my previous phones but not quite the same
