Went to doctors yesterday having discovered a lump the night before. The doc thinks that this is what it is and had given me some antibiotics to bring the swelling down. Feeling around I can tell the lump isn't actually on the testi - it's on the cord that attaches to it at the back and gives the usual dull aches when touched. TC doesn't normally give any pain
A bloke who i work with had the same thing, you have to keep an eye on the size of it his grew to the size of his ball within a week.
