Thsi confidence excuse is rubbish. How does a group of players performing ok, winning some games (even against City), and picking up points, suddenly get un-confident and perform like flids?

You're right. Confidence does have something to do with it, but I think it's a motivational problem. Obviously some people don't respect AK and therefore abuse his authority. King needs to threaten sidelining these players no matter how good they are!
