Question why do we have more replies on the site when we lose then there are when we win Hmmm
Are we a set of followers whose glass is half empty or half full Yes

I think the fact the 'trivial things that annoy you' thread has over 100 pages should answer that

Fair point. I actually more meant about people giving him a chance when he does play. Tuesday people were on his back before he'd even got on the pitch, don't see how that's going to help a player

Yes very true, every player should get full support from the fans. However he is bloody frustrating to watch sometimes isn't he and when we were in the position were in on Tuesday it is pretty hard to contain the frustration.

But you are totally right getting on the players backs isn't going to help.

However I loved giving Gurney some shit away at Cheltenham a few years back.

I think prutton should count himself lucky that the card wasn't a straight red - two footed & coming off of the floor, he's got no control over his body.

In that short passage of play the second challenge could have quite easily gave him a yellow too. Moron.

Simply logic states the glass is half full and half empty. Two halves make a whole.

I'm not Pericards biggest fan - but thats judged on what he's done for us. Not alot. I'm not going to judge him on his time at Juventus of which I saw exactly nothing.

Therefore we are entitled to judge O'brien on his performances for us then? His performance for previous clubs are irrelevant.

Yes, don't eat asparagus from Peru....not only is it bad form the carbon footprint viewpoint, but it's causing a water shortage in Peru.

Also although the Bath Asparagus found in Clout's Wood is as tasty as asparagus, don't  eat that either or there wont be any left as it's rare...

Looking at the highlights, I reckon Prutton should have got a straight red for the tackle immediately before the one he got the second yellow for. Both feet off the ground and studs showing should have been a pretty easy call for the ref, whether contact was made or the ball won doesn't come in to it with a tackle like that.

Their sending off looked spot on as well, the handball looking pretty deliberate plus it was on the edge of the box.
