Just been reading on Coventry's plight?! They have to cough up £110k a month. How can they sustain that in this division?

They can't. They'll be yet another club that will struggle to survive - along with Pompey - it really is a sad time for some football clubs.

You can only hope - cos we really don't know for sure - what the long-term financial implications are for our club that is certainly upwardly mobile at the moment.

Hope it don't come back to bite us in the arse down the line

There's certainly a lesson here, that we should keep a bit of an eye on what is going on at the CG. After all the road to hell is paved with good intentions.  Sir Seton Wills was seemingly a pillar of the community, yet nearly drove the club to the wall.  We are certainly shelling out some $ at the moment, whilst we're all happy with that, so were Pompey fans and Rangers fans.

why the fuck would you want to go into that shit heap other than if the Town play there, which needs the Scum to get a lucky cup draw.

The more money kassam makes the less likely it will be that he'll want to sell the ground, which means the pox will have to pay through the nose to stay at their ground, which means they won't be able to compete and hopefully fall out of the league again
