Male to female ratio at Town home games

I don't know if anyone else noticed but there were not many women at the Town v BHA game.

What is the ratio of men to women STFC ST holders - anyone know?

Has any reasearch been done on teams who have a higher proportion of women fans attending games?

I would think the club are interested to receive income from many sources and if my perception yesterday were right, then maybe a campaign to attract more female supporters is called for.

It may not be reflective of match attendance but on here it's nearly 10:1

Could STFC do a ladies' day at a certain match - i.e. women get in for free or at a reduced price? Or is that not allowed in today's PC world? I think in employment terms you can potisively encourage groups who are underrepresented; can Town encourage female fans are they are underrepresented?

Last season when you were missing.  One of our games was sponsored by a local Gentleman's club with no complaints if I remember right.
On the other hand, I do like the idea of giving free seats to minorities.  Or perhaps individuals on here could bring a friend from Broad Street and pay for them through the turnstiles.  Seriously, sponsor an ethnic, come on lefty liberals put your money where your mouths are.  You'll be doing your bit for multiculturalism and improving out attendances.

Female supporters generally make me cringe.

Also in the DRS closest end to SB yesterday was a cunt in a grey zip, giving it big (embarrasing not the word) his girlfriend was there and he should have known better. Friendly word in his ear at the end - says I dont see her again anytime soon.
