Pox JPT first round would be a total let down.
Why's that? All that wait and then playing them in a meaningless match you mean? I suppose it would be a bit of a let down, but at least it'd give meaning to a pointless game. |

The hardcore would turn out for it, but the casuals wouldnt. Attendance 5000 max. But the Police would probably insist on hundreds of rozzers, so the club would lose a lot of money. After a big long break the tension really builds up, and it would be nice to get them back in a Cup game that would produce a decent crowd. For what its worth I do think we are going to hit the ground running this season and if the Pox do get a trip to the CG they should be scared because it will be a massive step up for them. |

Got a feeling we will get Aldershot....funny how us older fans still remember well the match in the Zenith?
2-0 up and Digby gets sent off..........lose 3-2,along time ago but seems to be one of those matches that still rankles with the older fans who were there.
