Well i choose to believe our chairman so na na na na na. We don't like conducting our business in public but you obviously do, just shows the differing personalities of our respective chairman i presume. Regardless i'm sure you're correct with your last comment.

It wasnt us that made the so called bids public. After it was there is little point in denying it.
Could well have been his agent drumming up business..

If you look at our board no one knows anthing about signings !....its all guess work, they really do play there cards close to there chest, the only player we know we are interested in is Greer, all the other signings have come as a total shock.

For each a road
For everyman a religion
Face everybody and rule
Fuck everything and rumble
Forget everything and remember
For everything a reason

We got the Greer

We weren;t consistent, it's just that our inability to win games at the start of the season was matched by a poor run in. I'm sure we were much better from November to March!

No I think we were pretty consistant. We only lost 8 games all season. Just because we weren't winning every game at the start of the season didn't mean we weren't seeing consitent performances because I thought all we lacked up until November was a goalscorer that we eventually found in Austin. If only he was here in August....

Dear Mr Seagull:
I was told off the other day when I was down on coast for calling a 'gull' a 'seagull' this chap was adamant there is no such bird as a 'Seagull' it is a 'Gull' never knew that before, please confirm if this is correct?

There's all sorts of gull....Common, Mediterranean, Little, Black-headed, Herring, Lesser Black-backed, Iceland, Glaucous, Great Black-backed, Umer, then Kittiwakes and Skuas which are gull-like. But no seagull....other than George and Jonathan Livingston.

So...as i said originally then, we say we have made several bids...we have
Your chairman says we havent, i didnt really think it was that bigger deal.
Brovado from both Chairman.

I dont expect we will know the real truth until/if a deal is done

Brighton made 1 bid. Which was rejected.

As has been said before, our Board are not one of these really shoddy Boards who consider verbal bids. Yours obviously do.

I really hope that everybody arguing about number of bids made dies of terribly accute herpes.

Really? Brighton are obviously interested and have been trying to negotiate a deal. Does it matter if one side only counts written bids and the other one counts phone calls?

Seriously, lung herpes.

Is that the Umer Gul who plays for Pakistan Reg ?

Johnathan Livingston Seagull had quite a profound effect on me as a student.
