From our point of view, the more money Henshall gets if he goes the better as if it goes to a tribunal his salary will play a major factor in how much we get. I still think an agreement between the clubs is more likely though, especially if it is man City.

No surprises on the retained list, as we will be in L1 next season each player is good enough for this level, although it depends if they want to try and find 1st team football elsewhere though

to be fair to timlin at the start of the season he was playing well with douglas. if he can step up like JPM did this year maybe it could go right for him.

Personally thought that Easton didnt really put a foot wrong, he didnt set my world on fire though. I think he was just kept out of the side my JD and Ferry, did ok when he came on as sub. Who knows, if he pulls a pre season out of the bag he could re emerge JPM stylee.

Same here. Perhaps if Ferry was staying then Timlin might have gone, but if it's true that Ferry won't come back then releasing Timlin would mean Danny would be looking for two new centre-mids over summer. It's looking like we'll definitely need to sign a left back, a centre-mid, a winger and a striker. |
