In an attempt to write happy birthday in Spanish to a Spanish colleague... Turns out I'd written "Happy anus maker". Should just stick to English I think. At least he saw the funny side.

Could be worse, I speak a bit of Spanish and got chatted up by a Portuguese town player.. Stick to your native tongue unless you're sure what you're saying

Ah! Now we know:

"Though he made substitute appearances in the Town’s next two games, Tijane made the squad on only three more occasions before the season was out - and over the following close season, he seemed to have mysteriously disappeared off the scene - boss Cooper finally revealing that he had left the club in September, stating that he had not seen Tijane for weeks."  (*)

Discovering that the Flight of The Conchords are touring after I promclaimed that I don’t think they do live shows (beyond that 30 minute HBO show).

Season 1 of the HBO series is 10 years old. Time flies.
