The spider I have living in my apartment. He's a huntsman, literally as big as your hand, but harmless. He seems to like going into the bathroom at night and then hiding elsewhere in the day.

I've been trying to catch him to let him go outside as he'll only end up being harmed if he stays here. He's fast as fuck, though. I've called him Pete.

Well, this bodes well for the weekend:

Context of his comments may shine a different light, but on the face of it, hardly sounds like he's got a recipe for success.

Thanks. I have a smaller one who lives in my conservatory. He's done a great job keeping the place free of bugs. I'll call him Flashheart..

Len got off... Michael Barrymore however...

'On 18 August 2017, the High Court in London ruled that Michael Barrymore would be entitled to "more than nominal" damages against Essex Police after being wrongly arrested 10 years ago. The judge did not decide on the sum to be awarded, as his ruling dealt only with the preliminary issue of the level of damages to be awarded to Michael Barrymore.'

I've lost 10.3kg in the last month doing portion control and lots of walking with a bit of jogging too. I've not been pushing myself too hard so I'm happy with weight loss so far.

Still a long way to go but I'm firmly in the zone now.

21.4kg lost since June 1st.

Very happy but I've still got about a stone to lose before I declare it a victory.

That's brilliant work. Keep it going!

I have to refer to my progress in either stones, kg or lbs depending on who's asking me about it.
