I would presume you could take a selection of bags each containing a different cheese?

And some heroin as a control?

This made me laugh

Quote
Klopp was not pleased with the moans and groans that accompanied poor corners from James Milner.

He said: “I don’t like the sound around corners [when] they don’t work. That’s a waste of time. The corner is already sh*t, so you don’t need to say, ‘ah, I saw it was sh*t’.”

Imagine him at the county ground!

Oxford's defeat today has really opened up the league 2 promotion race which is fascinating.

Oxford 42  76
Rovers 42  75
Stanley 42 75
Plymouth 42 74
Pompey 41 69

All of them are away on Tuesday.

This made me unreasonably happy. Fast-forward to 3:30 for the main action.

Today I got around to booking all the add ons for our holiday to France this summer (incl ferry crossings, overnight stays en route etc.)  And paying for it.  And 4 months out, I'm now stupidly excited about the trip...in a way that no-one in their mid 40s really should be.  We're talking 'Christmas Eve when you're 10' levels of excitement here.

Roll on August!

Myself and the wife are going to be driving over there in July (first time I have driven on the wrong side of the road) Monday to Friday staying in Ibis Budgets £30 per night inc breakfast, Eurotunnel paid for in 3 for 1 vouchers from Tesco Clubcard so thats free, and with my new car averaging 72mpg should be fairly cheap as diesel is only 80p a litre.

We are going to Lille, Ypres, Paris, Dijon, Versailles, Caen and Bayeaux.

Like you a man (just a little older who recently turned 50) should not be this excited, but I am!

It's quite reasonable for a man to get excited about coming to France.

Brilliant!  We're going to have to swap notes.   Smiley

French autoroutes #### all over our motorways, so you'll love the driving element of your trip, I'm sure.  Takes a few hours to get used to driving on the 'wrong' side, no more.

We're staying in a cabin/caravan on Lake Annecy for 8 nights...so a few day trips planned to Switzerland and Italy while we're there.  Our stop over on the way down is in Dijon (where you're also going, I see).  They're so well set up for convenience/budget hotels over there...makes planning a trip very easy.

We booked our ferry crossings with the company we booked the cabin with, and paid £30 each way.
