Have you recently taken a man-sized dump?

I can't really see the difference but i am noticing that some of my trousers are getting a bit loose, I haven't gone down a size or anything like that but they don't cut into my waist when I sit down.

Small steps innit, to lose too much too soon, can't be good for you.  Noticing the trousers, probably makes you think something positive is happening so that's a benefit....more to follow.

It's a great start. I'm at minus 3.5 stone, or was when I went on holiday anyway... That's 20kg I think. When you lift that up you realise how much flab has gone. Try it with 5.5 bags of sugar..

I did that recently. I lost 4 stone/25kgs in total from my heaviest. I was lifting a 25kg bag of cement when I had the sudden realisation that I used to carry that amount of weight around with me all of the time.

From my heaviest when I was married I have lost over 3 stone. I was at 21st at my heaviest but now I weigh in at 17st 11lb. But that was 2 1/2 years ago. But since joining slimming world it is 11 1/2lb. It is weird being the only man In the group

:gay:

I saw jayo yesterday for the first time in ages and one of his first comments was something along the lines of "Fuck, you've lost a bit of weight".

2 years since starting in 31k down.  At one point I was under 12 stone, but back to about 13 now.  No back troubles since and just feel a massive amount better.

Yeah, but the most exercise I need to do at work is walk to get more coffee every hour Smiley

You at least do some exercise by getting to work in the first place. I don't even do that.
