Got to love the public holidays they have over here - and there’s lots of them.
Last week it was Smoky Thursday - which consists of people eating as much meat as possible
And the coming Monday is Clean Monday - which is all about flying kites on the first day of Lent

We have the least Bank holidays in Europe and only Mexico have less in the world. Needs to change I think but won't.

Agreed. One for Brexit ‘Liberation Day’. One for Sir Tom Moore ‘Great Britain Day’. One for a ‘New Commonwealth Day’. That should cover it. |
