There must be some photoshop twonks on here, how the b;loody hell does this happen bar sheer ineptitude!

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2020/nov/10/johnsons-biden-win-tweet-contains-hidden-trump-congratulations
It's not even that, it has to be deliberate, which, frankly, is even more bizarre. To the extent that my presumption was that this is a doctored version of what Johnson actually tweeted. But it's not, I checked the original and it is in there. Incredibly childish from whoever did this, especially given that Johnson is already scrambling to make up ground with the new administration for his stand on Brexit and Ireland and his previous comments on Obama, race, the Empire etc. Shit like this won't help ingratiate him with the new US President.

I think any suggestion that it was some manner of lefty libtard stitch up was offset by it first being picked up by Guido Fawkes....

Yeah, I don' think its possible to do it accidentally is it? I mean unless they photo'd a printed document that had been coloured over using...oh never mind.

I guess somebody thought it would be funny, because "they'll never know". I further guess that somebody is shitting themselves now - assuming it wasn't actually Johnson/Cummins.

Doubt either of them know how to use Photoshop etc and it's too low grade for them anyway, they have grand schemes to fuck up. It will be one of the Bright Young Things* from the Leave campaign that all got sucked over into No 10's policy marketing units.

* NB they're not actually very bright. Or very young in some cases.

Actually Johnson should know how to use Photoshop, given the taxpayer paid out over £100k for him to have "IT lessons" from that American blonde when he was London mayor.

Gaz went to school in Swindon. Used to see him live around here quite often when live music was a thing. Isn't a Town supporter but still reckon we could/should run out to his song SN1.

A bit of luck involved, but great skill as well.

I must admit that was my thought, organising something for two years time with a 94 year old being the centre of it all seems optimistic/tempting fate, albeit Brenda's mum lived to over 100 I suppose.

The cynic in me thinks its just another one of the governments attempts to hide how crap things are with some sort of nationalistic nonsense, see also the Festival of Brexit.

Is it a one off bank holiday or a new permanent one?
