NB does not work well with lager
I'm thinking spiced rum would be pretty decent.

You may recall I'm prone to the odd fat-fingered moment. Previous embarrassments include:

"Happy birthday. I hope you get thoroughly soiled by your family."
and
"I appreciate you're incredibly busty right now".

Today, I noticed a typo when writing about senior management. In the end, I decided to let it stand:
"the bling leading the blind".

Quite pleased with that.

Mrs Audrey wants us to join up for Tai Chi. Any good or just oriental nonsense?

Used to practice a fair bit of Tai Chi. I tend to drink more Chai Tea now. Along with meditation though I found Tai Chi really good. Should practice it more.

If you're an expert at moving slowly it might be right up your street. Are you sure she didn't say Taekwondo?  Grin

40 years ago the Clash released London Calling.... here's the Guardian's take on their best 40 tunes

  https://www.theguardian.com/music/2020/jan/09/the-clash-40-greatest-songs-ranked

Interestingly my current fave isn't even listed.... Something About England.

Feels like a re-release of English Civil War would be appropriate.

I really hope they go down and out of business. I'll never forgive that club and their gloating fans for the way they stole Ritchie from us.

There may be other reasons to hate them, but no-one was going to turn down the fire-sale offer that we made just to pay the club’s wage bill after Black pulled his cash. And we can also be grateful to them for being under a transfer embargo when Charlie Austin was due to join them from Poole.

We have no reason whatsoever to be grateful to the muff.   They put themselves under the embargo, we just took advantage of the fact, the same as they did when they robbed Ritchie off us, our big mistake was to not put a sell on clause when we let him go.
Bunch of cheating bastards the sooner they get relegated and start with a minus 12/20 point deduction the better.
