I guess shop bought cubes are generally larger than the ones I make at home and so last longer. I've never really thought about it. |

I guess shop bought cubes are generally larger than the ones I make at home and so last longer. I've never really thought about it.
It's not just size, those of the same size will melt faster/slower depending on how they are made. I think shop-bought ones are somehow more compact. My guess is that shop-bought ice is made using distilled water. I might get around to experimenting some time. Or I might not. |
