I have to refer to my progress in either stones, kg or lbs depending on who's asking me about it.

Smiley

I do exactly the same thing. Kg for doctors, stone/lbs for everyone else. Though of course it depends on what sounds better, too Smiley but you've done really well in any language!

21.4kg lost since June 1st.

Very happy but I've still got about a stone to lose before I declare it a victory.

Good going.

As a fellow ex-fatty, I was lugging around a 25kg bag of cement recently which didn't feel particularly light. It dawned on me that I used to carry that kind of weight around permanently.

I'm struggling this year with weight, I need to get 2 stone off to get down to 13 stone (pref 12.5 but..).  Was doing well until running injuries happened, had a hissy fit and gave up

On the plus I've stabilized my weight and am 2 stone lighter than I was a few years
That's 12.7KG.
Get holidays out the way and go for it (diet change) from October onwards.

Went from 22st to 14st from Oct 15 - Jul 16 but now about half way. Had very bad food poisoning, hospitalised for a few days and couldn't eat much for a while and then carried on. Even got to running 2.5 miles. Then got injured, got injured again and lazy and piled back on and bad habits returned. But saying that, having a few beers and some foods I was unable to have for ages was good. So its probably not surprising some timber went back on but the cut off switch didn't kick in when it should have due to complacency and laziness.
Now on a timber removal program as my clothes don't fit and feel crap. On the positive side I know exactly what works for me. Now I just need to do it.
All calculation in stones none of this kg nonsense.

Campylobachter. 5 weeks off work. 4 days hooked up to a drip and 4 weeks of constant shits. Great for starting weight loss but temporarily bad on the kidneys. They thought initially I had e coli.

How did you manage that if you don't mind me asking?
I just can't seem to put weight on, even when I basically just ate cheese for a week
