Not quite up there with mattress-gate, but still amusing.

Seems this guy did more fact checking and investigation than the Adver did

I've just done a bit of Googling and indeed it is.

Several articles about her having various wars with anything related to aviation from light aviation, skydiving to the armed forces.

She's been the Adver's favourite NIMBY for many years as they've featured her in 2007, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016 and now 2017 for more or less precisely the same thing. And she's been in multiple other local news outlets too for formally complaining about various things as far afield as Bolton of all places.

Redlands airfield was the latest and she's really gone for it by setting up her own website.

She's not a happy teddy about may things our Kay bless her. Last edited: 2:47pm Tue 25 Apr 17

Adver - Fact Checking, chance would be a fine thing.  If it's on Facebook or the court records, it's good enough to re-produce as an article these days, and that's about it.

Say no to sky diving is also worth a read.

About us:

Quote
Our Values:  We believe that we have a duty to fight and challenge injustice. We believe that planning law should not be broken. We believe that Council employees and Councillors have a duty to protect the community and to behave legally. We believe that those supporting nuisance behaviour should be informed about how their actions may harm others so that they may make an informed decision about whether to alter their behaviour or not.

Injustice? It's fucking sky-diving you daft bint. Nobody's making you jump from planes.

Have you thought about the suffering, mental distress, and nuisance the noise from skydiving planes cause?

I'm going to stick my neck out here and suggest that the possibility of crashing has entered the pilot's mind, hence the reason it did bank.

People take the piss out of that kid on the right in the picture, putting all kinds of things into his open hands in the comments below.

I am not sure if they realise though that the little bag normally signifies either a drug dealer or a gun. I am amazed at the amount of brazen gang members who carry the bags in London.

.....Doubt those kids have guns though, the one second left seems to have one of my nan's fireplace accessories.
