It's a flipping nuisance.

No pancakes for me tonight, because I choose to eat a low-carb diet.

I will instead be consuming a meatza, which is basically a meaty, cheesy savoury pancake.

Just like the odd steak wouldn't kill you Wink

Of course I could if I really wanted to (and I do like a binge from time-to-time) it's just that I choose not to.

I know, I was just being an arse. Which part of that surprised you exactly? Smiley

Can't imagine missing out on pancake day, though, I love 'em. Especially the tossing. I'm a proper tosser, I am.

Sounds more like a meaty pizza. So, lower carbs more fat Smiley

Speaking of steak, I had a fucking amazing tenderloin earlier. One of the best steaks I remember eating. I followed it up with a lemon cheese cake as well. Pancakes can fuck right off.

Just thought I'd share that with you.

Pancakes are ace. Ham and cheese for starters, then a lemon, syrup and demerara sugar one and maybe one with maple syrup.

Avocado, yes.

Quinoa, no. The carb content is too high.

It's Mardi Gras, or Fat Tuesday here, where I am encouraged to eat any fattening foods available.  I'll celebrate both that and Pancake day I think!
