I laughed out loud at "bunglecunt" and of course the wife asks what i'm laughing at, so I had to try and explain.

Wrote a CV for the first time in 15 years, applied for a job that's waaaaay out of my experience level, holding no hope that I'll get it but now worried what I do if I get an interview No Cheesy

I'll just refer you to this post by pauld from 6(!) years ago. This methodology has served me alright.

Personally, I try to make it a rule not to take any job that doesn't scare the shit out of me (in terms of whether I can do it, not talking about getting a job as a lion-tamer wearing a bacon suit or anything). If I don't spend the first 3-6 months going "Oh, crap, I've really bitten off more than I can chew here", then it's not going to develop me. Obviously if that feeling goes on too long then you may actually have bitten off more than you can chew Smiley

After a nice little hiatus from work due to redundancy in July last year and spending some quality time with my little lad and wife while she's been off on maternity leave, I start a new job tomorrow.
Equally excited and dreading it.

Palace fans decided it was a good idea to damage and deface the Boro team coach yesterday, causing over £40,000 worth of damage.

Unfortunately for them, the Boro team took a plane to the game yesterday and borrowed one of Palaces own coaches just to go from the hotel to the ground.

How did they get from Croydon airport to the hotel ?
