This methodology has served me alright. Personally, I try to make it a rule not to take any job that doesn't scare the shit out of me (in terms of whether I can do it, not talking about getting a job as a lion-tamer wearing a bacon suit or anything). If I don't spend the first 3-6 months going "Oh, crap, I've really bitten off more than I can chew here", then it's not going to develop me. Obviously if that feeling goes on too long then you may actually have bitten off more than you can chew |

Unfortunately for them, the Boro team took a plane to the game yesterday and borrowed one of Palaces own coaches just to go from the hotel to the ground.
