Sadly you couldn't add "with all our love, everyone @ SN1" where you sign your name.

Partially redeemed. If you could just nip round a certain forum members house and ticket him for parking on his own drive you'd be even closer to forgiveness.

Was any part of you car on the pavement? Apparently yellow lines are enforceable right up to the boundary of you property.

They painted the yellow lines at the end of my driveway about 4-5 years ago. The idea being to stop people parking across my driveway, not stop me from using it!

If they painted yellow lines outside my house I would paint them red. No yellow shite allowed Sadly that will devalue your house. Should complain.

A few times a year I make a 500 mile round trip to meet the in laws somewhere in Lancashire or West Yorks, stop for lunch at a good pub and then return home while the wife and kids carry on up to Scotland for a short break.
Next time we're doing this is in two weeks from now...and the penny only just dropped last week that, with a little forward planning, the half-way rendezvous this time could be arranged somewhere just off the A1...and within an hour or so of Scunthorpe. It means the in laws have to travel down a little further than usual this time, but they're brilliant like that. (I married in to a great family!)
Marvellous result. Another new ground for me in a few weeks from now.

The fact that on the New York Jets message board Mass and Yass are referred to as 'Donkey's boys'.
I feel a little like a proud parent 😊
