Check on the cancellation timeline.  I did the same with Sky Mobile, they had a 28 day right to cancel, and I did after about 14 days.  Still had to pay my usage bill for the first month, but was able to return the phone and get a full refund and cancellation - worth a look

14 days unfortunately. Stuck for a year. Can't believe how bad they are. Lesson learned on my part.

People who join work calls and don't go on mute despite multiple cries for people not involved on the discussion to mute their calls. Sometimes you can only hear the tap tap tap of them on their keyboards and not paying any attention to the call hence missing the instruction to go on mute.  Crash

Generally, this tends to be people that sound like they are either on a motorway, in front of a waterfall or in a busy kitchen.
