Something about meat.

Roast beef and all the trimmings today, good wholesome british grub with sprouts, parsnips, squash, carrots and crispy roast spuds. Yeah and gravy like the olden days, leftover from Christmas just added to and added to. A meal in its self. Nice soft fruity and mellow Australian red decanted a few hours ago. I’d love to invite you all but you know how it is.

Most here will know I was caught up in the 2010 tsumai. Well, I found this the other day.

The room on the right was our fucking hotel room.

Wow. I remember you telling me about this.  When there is a car trying to get into your room and a truck going for a swim you realise things ain't going well.  Hardly trivial.  Pretty bloody major!

We lost friends in the 2004 Tsunami & Earthquake. Even the "lowest" Tsunami wave can cause havoc. 2004 was pretty horrific. Haven't been in/experienced one myself but I do sympathise with anyone involved in one. Especially the psychological/PTSD suffered from many who survive. Sometimes for years or even the rest of their life.

Ok, my father was an immigrant. Did you know that? That may surprise you as this knowledge may possibly change your preconceptions of who you think I am or what I stand for. I have a stake in my families well being and my countries well being, which effects my family. I have travelled extensively across the world and accept and to a greater or lesser degree other cultures and their lifestyles and practices. I don’t always agree and will not be silenced in expressing my view. I am an internationalist, in as much as I live and let live, however, anything that I perceive threatens my country and my family is a redline however that may manifest itself. Over the years I have had numerous psychometric tests for work and therefore coupled with my most inner thoughts know more about myself than you or any other poster on this site does. In fact I’d go as far as to say more than than you or they know about themselves. Personally I love Swindon, I love my country, why would I want to live anywhere else! Work or love possibly other that no thanks. I hate the fact that there are thousands of people who have come to this country over the years with the express desire to take what they can get with out putting anything back either legally or otherwise, irrespective of colour, race or religion. British gallows humour is British gallows humour, another countries may have something similar but they’re not British are they? With neither our history or cultural development to fall back on, even, yes even white English speaking countries, shock horror.

Nice speech, but you were given two opportunities to defend your statement before, and failed to take them. Why you think you have to justify knowing yourself (with the help of psychometric tests and your "most inner thoughts", no less) better than anyone else here knows you is just a bit weird. You seem to be making the mistake of thinking I have any interest in who you are, whereas I was only trying to get you to clarify or justify what you say.

Love them too. Claude used to do some superb food at Frogs in old town. Had many a lock-in there back in the ‘80’s

Which reminds me of the lovely food I had on holiday in Brittany and Normandy a few years ago. Then as I walked through all the old WW2 German armoured fortification, the Merville Battery, Pegasus Bridge etc lest we forget all the war graves, I couldn’t help think that all those people died, freeing Europe from the socialist Nazis to be replaced by the socialist EU controlled by err the Germans again. Still the food was nice the countryside was nice shame about the bitter French people. Vive la rostbifs. Hopefully we can have 16th June as a public holiday. To enjoy steak bakes with real steak and veggie things that don’t look like meat except for all you remainers and labour voters, you can still go to work. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Little Englander Day...? Typical Brexiter. Bangs on about how great Britain is (by which he means England) and doesn't even know the correct date that he wants us to celebrate.
