Why do some folks get so worked up about veggie/vegan options? Nobody is forcing you to eat them, if you wanna do nothing but chomp down on a nice plump sausage, crack on. You don't moan that a chicken burger isn't beef, so why the fuck is it pretending to be a burger, do you? Triggered snowflakes, the lot of them.

I ordered a Vegan burger in London by mistake a couple of weeks ago. It looked amazing, had 'cheese' and the generic style burger sauce which tasted similar to big mac sauce. It was difficult to tell a difference between that and a 'regular' burger. 10/10 would have again. |

I saw that some Brexit numpty on Twitter was getting worked up as his loaf of bread had 'Halal' on it and that the Muslims are infiltrating us etc. Its probably a similar thing where people don't understand that just because there are vegan/vegetarian options, you don't have to have them! |

Not sure. We've been eating a lot less red meat following wife's cancer diagnosis. I have been pleasantly surprised at how nice some of the vegetarian/meat substitute stuff tastes. |

I might be totally wrong, but I think that steak is more the actual shape? The reason I say this is that there are about 50 recipes for Cauliflower steak on google, which appear to be a big chunk of cauliflower cooked in butter.

As is your choice, I get that. A well balanced diet of fresh meat, fish, fruit, vegetables is all anyone needs. The information on how to achieve this is widely available on this new fangled interwebnet thingy. |

It seems to particularly attract a certain type of middle aged bloke whose masculinity seems to be so fragile that they feel threatened by it, much like the scientific evidence that men who are homophobic are more turned on by gay porn than those who are not. Cracks me up every-time. As someone who was vegeratian for 8 years, i can certainly empathize with those who choose this lifestyle choice, but some people get triggered for no reason at all. Its great to watch. |
