I know everyone ages differently, but at 97, its pretty obvious your body and mind are gone.

The fact that the media and eyewitnesses have been very quiet upon the mechanics of what happened makes the cynic in me suspect you are correct, although its quite an effort from the motor he hit to flip a Range Rover so possibly they were not strictly at legal speed?
