I enjoyed that they've given Liverpool £40m over the last three seasons for Solanke, Ibe and Brad Smith. That's perhaps a little over the odds.

They've spent 65m this season.  Sold about 18m.

Being on the same train as a load of Man U and Reading fans.
Hope the glorified friendly is enjoyable for all.

Laid my bathroom floor earlier this year and i echo this sentiment. I hated it, and the missus is pressuring me to get the other bathroom done now.

Tiling is a great job to do, the results can be rewarding. I resealed my shower tray yesterday, nice result.

For a first go, i was very happy with the results but it crippled my knees and back.

We've had a slow draining sink in our en suite for a while and multiple plug hole unblockers made any difference. It got so bad recently that water would take forever to drain so decided to roll my sleeves up.

After much fiddling i managed to get the pipe off and my word, the amount of crap in there, and the smell. Fuck me, i have a strong stomach but this was almost too much for me. Its as if someone had taken a shit down the sink and it festered for weeks.

Only had my house on the market for 4 weeks and the agent now reckons we’ll have to drop the price £20,000!

So they're either incompetent/don't know the market, or knowingly lured you in with an unrealistic valuation in order to get your business.  Either way, it doesn't inspire confidence.  On the plus side, at least they're telling you this now rather than in 3 months from now.

The price now is virtually what we paid for it 18 months ago - problem is we’ve spent £20,000 on it as well.

You may also have a flow issue. Especially if the pipe from the sink shares its outflow pipe with other sinks, baths, showers etc.
