Can't remember if I mentioned this one before, people who take pints into pub bogs.
FFS learn to hold your piss for between pints.
When I was a young scally, me and my mates used to hang around acting like cottagers in Brunel bogs, and as people put down their pints, we'd pick them up and exit sharpish.  |

Hoespipe bans.
If I wash my car with the pressure washer, that's about 5 to 10 minutes use with the hose which uses about 30 litres.
If I switch to chucking buckets of water over the car, like Thames Water want me to, I'll need two or three buckets for a pre-wash, two buckets to shampoo it and then another two or three buckets for a final rinse. End result, 80 litres.

I'm very particular about washing my car. I will never use a car wash because of the damage they do to your paintwork. Similarly with the guys in the supermarket car parks, they re-use the same dirty grit-filled water to wash every car with the same effect on your paintwork.

is it sad im looking forward for the chance to wash my car, i spent close to 50quid on cleaning stuff the other week. decided against selling it so thought i'd better start looking after her :-) |

My Dad's mate had them clean his XK8. Some time later, when at home I believe, he noticed his paint looking funny. Eventually many parts of the car shed their paint as they'd cleaned his car with what he believed must've been the wheel cleaning fluid. |
