Well, Ofcom would be pushing their remit a little to get involved.
The TW story starts to go off the rails, financially speaking, under McQuarie. The opening, soon I think, of the tunnel in London being a good example. Expensive capital projects funded by loans financed through offshore firms owned by the same owner at interest rates that are variable (I believe), while taking the profits and providing share holder returns. Avoided tax, in legal ways, scraped the secured profit and then added interest payments for years to come after they sold it off.

All i will say is keep hounding and you will win eventually. Just had a call to say they are writing the tv off and will be sending a voucher of the same value i paid to get another tv. Why it took so long is anyones guess |
