TBH if it proceeds to sale it will immediately pass to your solicitor who one would hope is sharp enough to see what is and is not above board, plus you would have their PII to fall vack on if they fuck it up?

Not neccecelary.

In the U.S. on some sentencing hearings, the convicted get given a date and time to present themselves at the local penitentiary to start their jail time.

Bit of a long shot, but does anybody live really close to the M4 ?

I’m looking at a house that’s just outside Sutton Benger - Upper Seagry. On the map it looks a stone throw from the motorway.

Is there there any sort of sound deadening along the M4.

Pretty sure there isn't. I know someone who lives and someone else who lived, both about 200m from the M4 but the other side of J17. Personally I don't think it's that bad, a low rumble you'd get used to and don't hear inside anyway. The guy who lived there used to talk about trying to get something done though, and the guy there now planted a load of conifers under his trees to block a bit more, so what do I know!

I go through that way a lot and haven't noticed it being too noisy.  The Seagry road from Sutton is noisy as you go over the M4, but after the left turn onto the Startley road where the majority of upper Seagry is, Ive never really noticed any noise.  But then again we all have our own opinions and tolerances.

Yeah. Got house on the market here but it’s slow going. May move back and rent for a bit until it sells.

Thanks for the info, guys.

Got bitten by a spider today! 2 red spots and very itchy. High up on my leg so God knows where it was when it bit.

The holes are quite wide apart so must have been a size. Never saw a thing. Reckon it was in my swimmers.

Fuck that

A few years ago I was in Cuba with an ex, sat under a tree admiring the view out to the sea, pint in hand, couldn’t have been any more picturesque, the next minute something had fallen out of the tree and onto my lap and without thinking I just brushed it off.
When it landed on the floor, I could see that it was a tarantula the size of my hand. I fucking hate spiders so legged it like the wimp I am.

I got bitten by a shark in the sea in Cuba but punched it and it swam away.

True story.

There are probably dozens of spiders in an average size home.
Not sure how some always end up in the bath tub, especially the really big ones?

Thankfully not many domestic sharks to be found.
