I think on a personal level it's another layer of shit for millions of people that are struggling more than they normally do, but I don't think individual business owners should in some way be forced to not capitalise on a unique market situation. I'm sure there will be companies that choose not to do it too, and again that's their choice because ultimately, they're all trying to build loyalty and/or revenue and there's different ways to do it. |

I ordered food earlier.
It was late. Maybe an hour late. By that time I'm so hungry that I can't concentrate and have given up on trying to get work done (costing me money).
The food eventually comes - except - there's nothing for me. What I ordered is apparently no longer on the menu and it didn't seem to occur to any of them that perhaps, maybe, it might be a good idea to let the customer know.
What a fucking waste of oxygen some people really are.
I wish there was a way to transport myself down a phone line to sit these cunts down and get answers from them. Although this is the type of person that would probably be too fucking thick to understand what the problem is, solving nothing other than winding me up even more.
Fuck humans. I hate them.

'Customer service' out here can be baffling, occasionally infuriating.
If something goes wrong, and one (rightfully) complains even in a calm manner, they act as though the person making the complaint is in the wrong.
You're made to feel like some kind of trouble-maker because you complain the 'steak' they served you was so fatty it was literally inedible. (This has also happened). The manager said it was my fault for ordering the wrong thing and steaks are supposed to be like that - as though I've never seen a fucking steak before in my life. I couldn't even cut it.
