I have no particular problems or issues with this advertisement.
You may need to get your ears tested then  First time I've seen it. It is pretty annoying but I wouldn't bother writing a 1500 word essay about it...
As someone who has done a small bit of acting and knowing countless others who are incredibly talented (without a sniff of fame), the 1500 word essay was relevant in this case. Plus that would be short for me  And why not - there isn't much else to do is there?  You always manage it much more concisely than I BO Fair play. This is the sort of inane shit this thread is meant for.
Exactly. I'm sure the guy has many talents but a supposed American or Dutch accent is definitely not it. |

Not familiar with the work of Oliver Reid. Is he a member of your local am dram group? It seems that everyone is an expert these days. I suppose it's a product of the fact that TV is awash with shows where everyone has to be judged and graded. I also suspect that the marketing team behind the sky vegas advertising will be pleased to note that their efforts prompted a healthy level of discussion on this forum. We are all now very aware of their brand. |
