So they're either incompetent/don't know the market, or knowingly lured you in with an unrealistic valuation in order to get your business.  Either way, it doesn't inspire confidence.  On the plus side, at least they're telling you this now rather than in 3 months from now.

There is an Agent who is renown in Lancaster for overvaluing everything to get the business from the unwary and then selling at below valuation, its a very common process.

This news doesn't help their argument for dropping it by £20k.

Its very very patchy out there though, as that report actually suggests as you work through the detail, I know round here, which I know is a different market in terms of values etc, some areas are holding/creeping up but the arse is dropping out in other very nearby locations.

I think the Brexit thing is rather a red herring in this context, if you have cash in hand it could become a buyers market with money to be made, just pity the poor sods depending on mortgages.

Don't think scummy cunts are a problem that is confined to Swindon.

Quite ironic since the majority of people were pointing the finger at youngsters.  I did also notice that a number of people on the Swindon Police page were concluding that he may have problems and urging people to stop with unpleasant comments.  I can't help but wonder if the same allowances would have been made if it was an 18 year old that had been arrested?  I somehow doubt it.

I doubt they would.

I kind of hope he does have genuine issues because the thought of a sane mind doing that is depressing

Purchased a wine rack on eBay, the quality was absolutely fucking shocking, but the missus still liked it so we kept it.

I decided to leave a "review" on eBay as they had 5 stars and buyers needed to know it was shite. 2 months and at least 10 attempts to submit a review later, eBay never approves my review. No wonder it's got 5 stars. Also vindicates my decision to only use eBay in desperate situations these days.

Have left a few damning reviews when warranted with no issues at all
