I concur. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with
Their email and webchat gang are utterly unprepared for questions like "why?". Long story short - they damaged a parcel I was meant to receive, took 3 days to tell me (whilst promising it was going to be delivered) and then are returning it to the sender. This element takes "1-2 weeks"...they're a fucking delivery company!!! |

Had no issues with Yodel until recently. Booked a collection from home on wednesday ready for Thursday. I needed the parcel to it's location today. They still haven't arrived to collect it. All I got was a poxy text saying they will collect today.

90% extra effort yields a 10% better wrapping. it's just not worth it.
I now adapt the following: can you tell what it is? no.. then it is wrapped.

How many people getting angry have actually seen the video and understand the context? He was not 'shouting at' or 'picking on' the kid. He was playing around with him. The kid was laughing. You might want a discussion on whether or not its OK for a young boy to wear a dress but that's a different subject. It's the taking it out of context, deliberately or otherwise, that gets on my tits.
I'm not a Lewis Hamilton fan by thew way. I've literally not even watched F1 in years.

I know I collected shirts, but I always paid the players for theirs (and always a fair price) but there seems to be a lot of people on twitter asking "how many RTs for a shirt" - it is all a little pathetic to be honest (I suppose you could say the same about collecting them though to be fair)

Not seen the video, but it doesn’t help that the bloke is a MASSIVE bellend and the press seem to love portraying him as the anti-Christ. It was like all the hatred with him avoiding tax on his private jet. He doesn’t even live here, he lives in a tax haven, why would he pay tax on a jet?! |

Went out with Mrs Audrey on Xmas Eve for a few bevvies. During the course of the evening I agreed, jokingly, to go to ballroom dancing lessons with her in the New Year.
She’s only gone and paid £55 each for a course starting next week.
