You can use them - that's the point!

With an adaptor. That's the point.

Or those who feel that scraping a gap the size of a £2 coin will suffice.

Someone who has ignored me when I've been seriously ill in hospital decided to get in touch to tell me he was sad about his tinder date.  Suicide

I like to think I'm a compassionate person and I do care but man, do people need to think more about the world beyond themselves.

Not a dig at tinder users in general, but there could be a reason why he's using it in the first place?...

I think the same but I don't want to kick him when he's down.

With the NHS budget being stretched, do you think they should be supplying a "lifestyle" drug. Surely the use of a Johnny also provides the level of protection at a fraction of the cost, it just requires the person to be responsible for their actions?

Heard this being discussed on the radio the other day. It's apparently significantly more expensive to treat people who contract HIV than it would be to just give everyone who wants it this drug. So while I understand the moral aspect of "take some fucking responsibility", from an economic standpoint, it does make sense to supply the drug, even if it feels like indulging people's irresponsibility. Apparently. (Going solely on the discussion on the radio - quite prepared to be contradicted by someone who knows more about this)

Fair enough, the news on it defo doesn't frame it that from that angle and hadn't heard that arguement.

defo feels like there should still be some personal responsibility, similar to if they started stopping treatment due to obesity
