It's "multi-tasking" isn't it?   Smiley

Drove to Gloucester to view a car this morning. It was an absolute dog of a car. The pictures on the ad must've been taken a long time ago. Add to that the engine had a loud knock and the gearbox appeared to be on it's way out, it was a wasted journey.

The Mrs had a car written off went all the way to Hemel Hempstead by our wonderful rail network in order to view a car advertised as having full service history.

Turns out it was shite and the traders interpretation of full service history was not that same as everyone else's.

She was livid

My FPL goalkeeper saved 2 penalties. And I left him on the bench.

You picked the right captain though!
Hopefully Charlie will sort me out tomorrow, so to speak.

I got an invite for an interview earlier. I didn't apply for the job, but my online profile means I still get invites occasionally.

It paid less than half of what I am paid in my current gig, needless to say I politely declined. When asked, I told them that my current job pays more than twice what they are paying, to which the guy said: "That's OK, we can send you twice us much work to compensate". He's expecting me to ditch my current job, so I can do twice as much work for him and get paid the same amount.

The subsequent declination wasn't quite so polite as the first. People fucking amaze me at times.

Was reading an article on these migrant "children" coming from Calais. Some of them looked like they would be getting their pension in a couple of years :-)
