Bit of both possibly - doing a new workout schedule and upped the weight from the last cycle a little too much. Last rep, last set.... ping. So frustrating as that's me done for at least a week now. |

Ah the same thing happened to me. Just put some deep heat on, took some ibuprofen and rested. After 3/4 days I wasn't too bad. I went back to the gym but I didn't do back or core for another few days and I only went light when I did. |

Doing exactly that, although driving to the lakes at the weekend which isn't ideal, Hopefully I'll be back next week. |
