yeah cos its closed so had to email the fuckers telling them to redeliver on weekday As long as delivered before saturday am not fussed just a PITA If it had gone thru RM they dont attempt on weekends as know closed Minor annoyance hence why in this thread  |

Not sure whether this should go in here or the other one but I came out of my house this morning to go to a dentist appointment and found that I'd got a parking ticket. Not wildly unusual, except it was PARKED IN MY OWN DRIVE!!! That's right, I'll repeat that for those doing a double take, I've been given a parking ticket for:
"Parking in a restricted area during prescribed hours"
when I was parked in my own drive. Of my house. Where I live. Which I own.
Thought I'd seen everything with Jobsworth idiots, but fuck me, that really does scale impressive new heights.

As a student I parked by the library and overan by 15 minutes. I got a way with it and drove off. In the afternoon I parked legally in a car park and came back to find the shitty little jobsworth twat had issued me a ticket from the morning whilst I was parked in there. And I was too sodding lazy to argue it. Dick. |
