Family funeral today, and people that were overtaking the hearse and family car along drove road. Showing no patience.
There is a lack of respect in today's world.
Firstly, sorry for your loss. I'm not trying to wind you up , so please don't take it that way, but I'm not sure its a lack of respect. I'm never sure what to do if I come across a slow travelling hearse. Overtaking could be seen as impatient, but the alternative is to become part of the funeral procession. |

It's a 30mph road still.
I do understand that life is busy and manic, but generally there's always a rush to get from A to B. We've all been guilty of it, myself included. At least show a little respect when a herse is in front of you. Overtake if they are doing 30mph in a greater speed limit but not on a 30mph road.

Dont think there is anything wrong with overtaking the whole procession, but I do think its disrespectful when cars squeeze themselves in between the hearse and car(s) carrying the mourners, or dont give way so that they can stay together.
