Just been listening to the Redwalls. They're not bad at all. I think they will get a good reception. Secret Machines seem OK too, but don't stand out so much.

I think Il stay in the pub for all those then. At Finsbury Park I saw BRMC followed by THE CHARLATANS! What a support act. Whilst BRMC are (were?) substandard their sound did transfer well to the open air stages.
The pubs around a big Oasis gig remind me of what it was like drinking in certain London pubs before England Wembley games. The Globe anyone?
Saturday at Manchester is supposed to be a big ITK meet.

I have a Secret Machines album and I have to say its very good. Apparently they supported the Chemical Brothers in Glasgow and my mate who went to the gig was impressed.

Theres a four hour time limit for me standing about drinking lager from paper cups and pissing in cess pits. Il brave it for Oasis, but not any old band. Im not one for the long haul. I went to Reading once and thought it was shit. Not my thing. I love gigs down Brixton academy and the like. Quality sound, good crowd, solid floor, pissers 30 seconds away. Away within the half hour.

I saw the 22-20's supporting The Thrills last year, they were distinctly dull, average and very wishy-washy. The only support band that stood out that night was Razorlight

May well do.
Just a logistical nightmare at the minute. Iv got to book a hotel in Bolton, but I just cant be fucked. May do train on the day (££££), only time you'll ever get raped by a Virgin. ( :x ).
