bummer. This really is the worst pre-season ever, isn't it?

I might go along to Ciren and Aylesbury though...

So the offer of two free tickets to a home pre-season friendly for anyone renewing their kit sponsorship was a good deal wasn't it!

we knew about this anyway didn't we? feckin' elton john!

its a bit dissappointing that the reading game had to be scrapped, that probably wouldv'e been a decent crowd for a pre-season game

I just hope this Elton John concert is going to bring in alot of money for the club......last two seasons we've had two bigish pre-season friendlies and still struggled finanically....this season will be even tougher....

I like the away friendlies at the smaller clubs where you can get right up to pitch side. Probably try and get to the Aylesbury and Ciren games this year too.

The home games at the county ground are usually overpriced and complete cack but at least you get to see a few good players, even if they do amble about.

This should mean a few 1st teamers will play against the likes of Ciren unlike last year.
