Not a player that i have heard alot about,i note on Wiki that he was top scorer for three seasons before WW2.
Tragic that he died in the last year of the war,probably by friendly fire it seems.
Its hard to imagine how Town fans must have felt when hearing that there goalscoring hero was dead.

PS been trying to get his scoring/game ratio so if Reg or anyone could find it would appreciate it.
