As long as it is legible I don't see what the problem is.
Does everyone speak the Queen's English when they're down the pub with their mates? I somehow doubt it.
Errrm. Let me give an analogy. Take driving. Nearly everybody hates middle lane motorway drivers. Or drivers who don't indicate at junctions or roundabouts. Neither of these are illegal but conversely they show that the miscreant really doesn't care about 'acceptable practice'. Sure, the standards are there, but they are too lazy/oblivious to comply with what most of us consider to be expected. English is the same in my eyes. It really isn't that difficult. Also, the Queen's English isn't an accepted national way to speak. That would preclude regional accents, idioms and swearing (tbh). However written English is national.

Quite right, though I think TalkTalk's point was tongue in cheek. At least I hope it was. The only thing that really annoys me on this front is text speak.

No, it's because you half use punctuation. That makes you fail to indicate and also never check your oil level.

Your spelling is A++++++ and I love it. The capitalisation just fucks me off. Are your shift keys buggered or something?

Actually I have to come clean about something. In the job I do it is standard practice to use camel case for entity attributes, as in:
jobTitle userId employerName divisionHeadquarters
I cringe at my work...
