It's shocking what these companies charge for work. If it was memory related it would've taken 5 mins to do!

What are you on about?
If you have a problem with your laptop and you take it somewhere to get it fixed.
They look at it, diagnose the problem, replace the parts, fix it.
£35 is a good deal regardless of the problem.

Its the rate they charge which is shocking. Places like PC world charge people extorniate (sp?) rates as they know they can do it.
